TPC Prestancia is a private golf club located in Sarasota, Florida. The club is a member of the Tournament Players Club network operated by the PGA Tour and features two golf courses over 565 acres. Membership is not required in this community.

Monte Verde: Included landscape and irrigation maintenance, roadway. The Association shares joint maintenance responsibility for the pool area shared with neighboring Association Villa Mirada. Owners are responsible for maintenance of their own building and lot including the driveways. Owners are responsible for the installation and replacement of their own landscaping and the Association maintains what is installed by the owner.
